PSA: For Nvidia users, using DLSS 4.5 (v310.6.0) with Preset M on Performance mode fixes the absolutely horrendous ghosting.

If you don't notice the ghosting/shimmering, look at the tool I'm holding. At the blue rounded box.

I have the DLSS version overlay enable, don't know what causes the big glow on it, but I used it just for debug reasons.

I'm on 596.49 which is the latest Nvidia driver and it also comes with support for Subnautica 2. I had to manually add the game to the Nvidia APP and set the "DLSS Override - Model Presets: Recommended" in order for this to work since the game uses an older version of DLSS.

Setting it to recommended will manually enable preset M when playing the game on DLSS Performance. There is a tiny quality trade-off for a huge improvement in image stability and ghosting.

I'm playing at 1440p with my specs labeled in the top left. Game is locked at 60FPS for a smoother experience with RTSS and GSync turned on.
