Bmw f10 530d vibration
Hi everyone, I have the following problem with my BMW 530d. Since I bought it, I’ve had this annoying vibration that starts from 60 mph upwards without making any weird noises. It feels like an unbalanced wheel — I can feel it through the front seats and the steering wheel as well.
If I accelerate hard above 60 mph, the vibration fades, but then comes back during deceleration. Also, if I put the gearbox into neutral, the vibration doesn’t change.
I’ve already done nearly 30k miles with this “problem,” hoping that something would eventually break and reveal the source, but it hasn’t even gotten worse.
I’ve already tried three different sets of wheels, but it made no difference. I replaced the front discs and the control arms. After that, I replaced the engine and gearbox mounts, both rear CV axles, both rubber couplings from the gearbox and rear diff, the diff bushings, and the propshaft bearing.
A few days later, I even bought another propshaft because I thought the original one might be out of balance, but again, no difference at all.
At this moment i dont understand what it could be and maybe you guys can give me another advice.Thank you
