Reta Titration: does this make sense?

0.25 per week for 4 weeks
0.25 x 0.25 per week for 4 weeks (0.50 split 2x per week)
0.25 x 0.50 per week for 4 weeks
0.50 x 0.50 per week for 4 weeks (I’m here right now)
0.50 x 0.75 per week for 4 weeks
0.75 x 0.75 per week for 4 weeks
0.75 x 1.00 per week for 4 weeks
1.00 x 1.00 per week for 4 weeks (2mg per week)
And then I plan to taper down the same way from 2.mg down to 0.25 per week to a complete stop.

I’ve also been taking tb500 and bpc 150 combo for the last 2 months but will stop it soon because I heard it should not be taken for too long? And I’ve been taking urolithin A and Slu-pp because it is meant to maintain muscle?!

I plan to start NAD+ soon as well.

Does this titration make sense, I’m at 0.50 x 0.50 right now in week 2 and honestly since I started I haven’t felt any major difference - no side effects and I’m not entirely even sure if my hunger is curbed, but it might have just a little bit.

My question is - is anyone else doing this? Does this titration make sense?

I’m trying to lose about 30 -40 lbs which I gained after a back injury because I can’t really do much cardio anymore . I don’t want to take it forever so weaning off is important
