Hi everyone, my grandma is 82 and at the point where she can’t really make it to the bathroom. She’s currently using Depends but they’re just not working well for her, she is having many leaks and they just don’t hold enough.

Money isn’t an issue, I just want to find something that actually works and keeps her comfortable and dry.

For reference she’s 5’4 and about 155 lbs. She can still stand and walk a bit with help, but mobility is definitely limited. I am looking for something that she can get on and off herself, and with an aid's help.

If anyone has recommendations for brands or specific products that actually hold up for heavier incontinence, I’d really appreciate it. Also open to any tips on fit or what works best day vs night.

I just got an email after my uniform pickup that said: "In your uniform kit, you should’ve received a colorful key card — this is your volunteer playbook! It’s your one-stop hub for lots of fun activities, as well as where you’ll find your Know Before You Go info for your shifts. Just tap or scan the QR code with your phone to get started and make sure to keep it handy (and safe!) throughout the tournament as replacements won’t be available."

However I did not get one of these? How can I get one? Did anyone else get this?
