Whirlpool washer agitator isn't spinning
EDIT: Solved! The actuator wasn't properly installed by me!
Hello all, new home owner here. Bought a house with all appliances included, however the washing machine works, but just not fully?
I have a WTW5105HW3 Whirlpool washer.
The machine wasn't working fully when I got it, but I was able to get it to spin, rinse, etc with a new actuator. The problem I'm having is the agitator just seems to be "locked" and only spins with the drum. I was able to remove the agitator itself from the washer to check if the gears were stripped or if there was some build up preventing it from spinning. However neither seems to be the problem. Any help would be appreciated!
