hi everyone

im currently a 1st year cc student ending my spring sem. im an economics looking to transfer in the fall of 27.

as a requirement for UC transfer and an economics associates degree i must complete principles of macroeconomics. which is equivalent to the AP Macro course I took in high school. I would like to put my AP score onto my transcript so that I don't have to take Macro at my CC but my score on the AP exam was a 3. it technically qualifies to fulfill the degree/transfer requirement but I'm scared it will make my transfer application less competitive

please drop opinions or your own experiences with AP scores and CC transcripts!! ty!
