Lost access to 2FA, old student email no longer exists — ticket already opened
Hi FACEIT support,
I opened a support ticket yesterday regarding my account recovery: ticket #13491271.
I’m locked out of my FACEIT account because I no longer have access to the 2FA authenticator app. The authenticator was linked to an old student email address that was deleted a long time ago and is no longer recoverable through Google or my former school.
My old iPhone, where the authenticator may have been installed, is also broken, so I cannot retrieve the authentication code or backup codes.
I have already replied to the ticket with more details and I can provide any proof needed to verify ownership of the FACEIT account and the linked Steam account.
Could someone please check the ticket when possible or let me know if I should provide any additional information?
