so it took like two weeks to get a welcome call since they were all booked for a bit then nobody showed up to mine after waiting 40 minutes, yes I checked the timezone and the app should sync it for each user. not very good service for a company taking 500 euro for the year but hopefully they're still operating and I'll get one, uh, eventually, I emailed them so maybe I'll get it rescheduled in less than two weeks. also beware that they analyse your calls with Gemini, unless the disclaimer is wrong and they turn it off
