Downgraded plan and bill skyrocketed
Hi folks! Xfinity came to set up service in our new apartment and the service team member was struggling to set up our new cable box. We decided to opt out of the cable option bc it was a free add on to the WiFi and we didn’t really plan on using it. when I went to pay the bill this month it was $100 instead of $35 and our plan jumped up to $80 a month. It is somehow more expensive than it would be for faster WiFi speeds. Anyone have experience with this?
