Newbie with some questions
I am 4 sessions in and hope someone can help me please 🙏🏻
My current gears leggings and half sleeves seem to be unsuitable. I have seen people wearing running shorts - are they a good option ? Don't want to flash anyone.
Class size - last class I was in I was stuck at the corner, unable to see what the instructor was doing and the room felt too pack. I can only extend half of my leg side way rather than fully.
what is the ideal class size?
Etiquette - I notice we are just returning mats, rings to the wall and not wiping it down, I am also strapping on people's sweat a lot. Some people wear sliders walking around and some don't. What is the usually practice ? I don't want to be rude.
