Tretclin for chest acne
I’ve used benzyol peroxide and salicylic acid spray and sometimes my chest is kinda clear but I keep getting new spots
I’m hesitant to try tretclin will it help ?? Will I purge a lot that’s what’s making me hesitant and finally any alternatives ?
