Points system

I forgot to ask about store points policy .

How many minutes do you have to be late for them to give you a points?

1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes?? I have not been late, ut I was just fishing around in workday trying to figure out the night shift premium and came across myMperformance. They have me marked for 2 days late! Brought me down to a 2, I have a steady 4, this bugs me.

Anyway, UKG- Kronos is a bitch! It wasn't letting me sign in one night, MOD said he'd take care of it.

Then one night I come strolling in and ready to walk to take care my things and a customer stopped me.

I politely asked if they could let me set my things down and punch in and I would wallk them to what they needed, of course they were Ina hurry. I ended up 3 minutes late.

Does Meijer really give it to you in the ¿◇♤ when you punch 2 or 3 minutes late!? That's just insane considering their policy is to punch when you are settled in your area. So like what? Tell customers nope sorry, I can't help you I'm not on the clock. It's so confusing.

Then my department lead said, well you need to punch as you're walking in. What? Wait. They just had a huge issue about NOT doing that. Ugh

3rd shift premium

Hey all! Can someone please talk to me about the 3rd shift premium.

I have asked at least 4, if not 5, team lead, department leads, other employees and department management this question:

What hours do we get the night premium pay?

I've heard or been told the following responses and I try but cannot figure ot out on my pay stub.

I've heard:

12 am to 230 am

11 pm to 3 am

12 am to 4 pm

12 am to 5 am

12 am to 6 am

Are any of these correct?

And I also saw a post on here where a person said their overnight premium was $2 per hour. Mine is $1

Why that difference?

Thank you in advance, this has been bugging me, lol.
