What should I do next?
I weighed 187 pounds, and after two years I've gone down to 155 pounds. I haven't been as consistent as I'd like with my diet, but in a few days I'm moving out on my own and I know that will make me more consistent. I'm at this weird point where I don't know if I should follow a calorie deficit or gain muscle right away. What's your recommendation?
