Need some bits and pieces looked at on my bike and I really don’t want to go to Evan’s. Are there any independent bike shops in central anymore??

So I am starting my meds Monday after my diagnosis today. I have 3 days in Germany coming up in a couple of weeks. One of the days will be a bit boozy. Am I best just leaving my meds for those 3 days? Will I get withdrawal? My consultant barely told me anything and the hole assessment seemed rushed.

Also how do I go about taking drugs on flight? I didn’t receive any paper work just got text a code

My partner has started cycling and spin classes. She has some cycling shorts (they aren’t the most expensive, but I use the male same brand and range and they are fine doing 30 miles per day)

She came home today and complained where the saddle was pushing it made her feel like she was about to wet herself. She said it was hard to tell if she had or not. This is every time she is on the bike

Any ideas?
