What do you guys hear when your call goes to voicemail?

In my country, it's something like "The subscriber you have dialed is switched off, or out of coverage.". I need to know what do they say in your country (I'm making a song and and want to sample this).

W.I.P. of my song. Need constructive criticism.

So I'm a beginner in songwriting, but all my equipment is just a phone. I don't have good headphones, so I might be missing some things (why I'm asking for feedback from others). The parts here are the intro, chorus and a post-chorus (I haven't recorded the vocal part yet).
The genre I'm aiming for is something like electroswing.
