I'm worried about the procedure to obtain degree certificate if I skip Convocation. Will I receive it on time ? And how ? What's the procedure? Pls help

I'm gonna have to wait for round 2-3 to get admission in a decent college. Will I have to register multiple times in a college ? What is the procedure? I have applied in a few colleges , but I'm sure I'm not gonna get in phase 1.

So should I just have to wait ? Till the admissions for that college closes?
