So i happened to visit the campus after a few years for a conference (Psy) that took place in central campus last two days. Must admit the volunteers were too good. What struck me was how sorted everyone was I mean that's what the institute makes every individual to be. Kudos.

Particular shout out to a lady photographer (One with specs ❤️🤓💅 and western formals).. i must admit I fell for her (photography skills and more). I am not gonna see her anytime soon or ever but just a crush post. Going back with lot of (her) candid memories.. 😊👏

i am doing bba (hons) in a scottish uni in dubai and my first year is over (direct entry second year cuz i got 75+ for 12th boards) and i m not satisfied with the student life in dubai and when i hear abt the college life experience and connections my other friends make it makes me feel that i m missing out on a lot and i m compeled to take a transfer in mid 27 to christ university as they are one of the few universities with a transfer policy and i m aiming for a sem 5 intake (which is year 3 for me) and delay my geaduation by 9 months cuz i will be ending my course in the current uni by september 28 if i continue . I m willing to take a few months delay if it means i m gonna be having a proper college life and ill be able to live and manage life on my own rather than being w parents rn. I need honest opinions on if its worth the hassle🙏

there were two posts on the teacher who made caste based remarks on a student, when they met her in the cabin. the post said the student made an official complaint etc.

So I'm a 19(M) from CU central campus, first year. Been like 2 months on to the christ..

Roaming around the campus always seeing people having groups enjoying together.. clicking photos, making reels.. enjoying food.. and here is just me and my earbuds and js listening music without any intrest and seeing peoples and their groups and always questioning myself im not capable of it.. (syad kuch desereve nhi krta mai ) its not like ive not approached any people from my class.... ive approched them 1days 2days 3days 4days daily.. and on 5th days when im hoping they would be come from front and say hello to me ! They ignore me :( , no energy left to approach someone at last ik would be getting hurt and ignored... everbody on my class has a group.. ive tried to fit on it.. but i cant.... syad im not capable of it.. seeing two opposite genders roaming around... makes me feel sayd i dont deserve any of these..im not capable...

Always sitting on the canteen alone , seeing people enjoying their meals with their freinds make me feel so low.. cuz i also want someone.. to spend time with but highkey its not possible...

On my birthday when i was on campus at morning.. nobody have wished me (even my family)..

Js sitting alone on the stone bench near central block and seeing groups laughing together, clicking photos and i was js scrolling reels just to divert my mind to how lonely im.. wiping my tears.. worst b'day of my life...

We have this event chemoz smtg in our department. They said everyone should participate in atleast 3 events or else we won't get our hall ticket!!!!, one of the event I joined is clashing with lab hr, and they have already mentioned they won't be providing claims for lab 💔....... Wth am I supposed to do 🤷🏻‍♂️

They didn't even tell the date and time before so I can join accordingly 😭.

I got 18 out of 50 in my mid sems for marketing management and 12 in cia 1 if I suppose I get 14 in cia 3 and get like 80 out of 100 how is gonna my cgpa or overall grade for marketing management

so i have a play on 24-25th of sep and I have practice till 9pm every fucking day and I live like 20km away from campus so do any of yall know a pg which is available only for like 2 months and takes the amount for 2 months that's it I GENUINELY NEED IT it's a credit course

As many of you might've known, I'm a first year student of SLCU. Idk whether its too late to start or anything, but I really really need advice regarding internships for my first sem internship that I have to do in nov. Please, anybody who's done this before, help!!!!

Look at your course plans to find out how many hours of classes you have per subject throughout the semester (eg: 5 subjects, 60 hours for 3 papers, 45 for the remaining 2, +2 hours of skill D every week, +1 hour of mentoring attendance/per) should make about 380-420 hours of classes per semester, find out how many hours you can miss to maintain 85% also find out how many hours you can miss to maintain 75% ; remember you get to claim medical leaves without having to pay any fine as long as you have 75% attendance over all given you have all required documents and apply for blue form on time (i.e. within 7-10 days of resuming classes). Even if you don't make 85% with medical leaves you will be exempt from having to pay a fine if you manage to reach 84.5, or pay the minimum amount of 2k applicable for the range between 80-84 iirc. Refer to current university policies just to be sure, all this information is available in the handbook.

Plan your leaves tactfully, holidays, long weekends, bad weather days. Keep a tally for the number of classes you can miss overall and per subject.

Do your calculations on the first day of the semester and keep a log on your mirror or something so you can see it everyday and stop stressing, damn. Yeah it's inconvenient but it's not impossible people.

I’m planning to book my tickets to go back to my hometown after my final exams. For all 1st-sem UG courses, the exams are scheduled to be completed by 17th October.
However, I’ve asked a few seniors, and they mentioned that there’s a possibility that exams for some specific courses may get over earlier than 17th October.
I’m a BBA student, so I wanted to ask current students/seniors: Does anyone know when BBA 1st-sem exams are likely to finish? Do BBA exams usually get completed before the overall UG exam end date?
I’m trying to decide when to book my ticket, so any information or past experience would be really helpful. Thanks!
