newly diagnosed and frankly, confused

i don't know how to go about this honestly.

my entire maternal side has a heavy history of diabetes. i'm 18F, and had a routine blood test last week. my a1c is 5.7 and my fasting blood sugar is 100. so yeah i guess i'm pre diabetic.

i honestly don't even know what to think of this i'm just confused. to be fair i started university a couple of months back and i have been eating way too much junk since i moved. my weight is around 55kg (122lbs), i'm 167cm (5'6), i look quite lean, although i haven't exercised in quite a while.

what do i even do? can this be reversed? will i have to quit good food for the rest of my life just to avoid getting diabetes? how do i overcome my sugar addiction? i'm honestly disappointed about having to miss out on food, considering i'm a foodie

bro i dont even know i'm just ranting at this point, but i really need someone to guide me through this. just looking for some support and advise. thank you.

should i get my brows done?

i've never gotten my eyebrows done, and it feels like the ends of my eyebrows are just stray hairs anyways. i'm afraid that if i ask for a cleanup they'll thin out too much at the ends. any advice? should i even get them done?

UG before MBA

sorry if the flair is wrong

i recently finished 12th from CBSE board in March. For now I have blocked my seat in Christ University for BBA. I have also given CUET UG and am hopeful for getting SGGSCC for BMS. However, I had given NIFT too (just for fun), and have secured AIR 178 for Bachelor in Fashion Technology.

My plan for Masters is already MBA. However I am wondering that if I end up going to NIFT for B F Tech, what's my scope in MBA?

After some research, I found that if I do a BFTech from NIFT and then do an MBA, my career path will most probably lean towards Luxury Brand Management. I'm unaware of its scope in Indian though. However if I do a BMS before MBA, then i'll have a wider range of options such as Finance, Consultancy, etc.

I would like some insights about future career paths, branch scope, vague salary ranges (whether BFTech + MBA or BMS + MBA offers a better financial position in the future), etc. I would also like to know if my UG effects my selection in MBA colleges, as I have heard some people say that people who have done BBA/BMS for their UG have a better chance if getting top MBA colleges, compared to people from other UG degrees.

tldr: insights on bftech + mba vs bms + mba
