Should I dissolve my old lip filler before getting more?

I want to get my lips filled again, but I was advised to dissolve my old filler first. My upper lip filler has migrated, but honestly don’t unlike how it looks now. But I am worried that if I add more filler without dissolving the old filler, it could make the border look even harsher or more defined. For those who’ve dealt with migrated filler, would you dissolve first and start fresh, or is it possible to add filler without making the migration look worse? I’d love to hear your experiences!

How Do You Organize a Shared HR Inbox? [N/A]

People Ops / HR folks — I’d love to hear how you organize your shared HR inbox!

Our HR team works out of one shared inbox, and we’re receiving around 50 emails a day across all kinds of topics — benefits, payroll, onboarding, employee questions, leave, HR requests, etc.

I’m looking for ideas on how to organize it so the team can easily see:
🗂️ What topic/category each email is about
👤 Who is currently handling/responding to it
⏳ What still needs a response or follow-up
✅ What has already been resolved
🚨 What needs urgent attention
🎨 Whether a color-coding or labeling system could help
I’d love to hear **what has actually worked for your teams** — especially if you manage a shared HR/People Ops inbox with multiple people responding.
Do you use folders, labels, categories, color coding, assignment rules, **Outlook** features, a ticketing system, or something completely different?
**What’s your system, and what would you absolutely recommend (or avoid)?**

SHRM-CP Exam Preparation Advice [CA]

Hi everyone! I’m planning to take the SHRM-CP exam and would love to hear about your experiences. I have 2 years of HR experience and a BA degree, and I’m looking for recommendations on how to prepare.

What study resources did you use? How long did it take you to get ready? How was the exam experience, and is there anything you wish you knew before taking it?
I’d appreciate any advice, tips, or insights you can share. Thank you!
