ultra dissolved

So yesterday around noon I got my top lip fillers(only) dissolved after having them for about 2 weeks. anyway 24 hours after dissolver and my lips look the exact same.(not sure if it matters, but my lips are naturally full) Based on what i read online it should’ve started to breakdown instantly. Injector used two vials for removal.

I know it takes two weeks to settle, but it shouldn’t look the exact same the next day, right?

Picture one 1 is before dissolver.

Picture 2 is 1 hours after dissolver

And picture 3 is today 24h after dissolver

I don’t think it’s swollen being that it looks the exact same as before. Also it’s not tender or sore.

I literally think I’m having a mental breakdown..

Lump from filler not dissolving

So about a year ago I got lip filler for the 1st time. I had a thin top lip so over 3 appointments she did .9ml in top lip and .3ml in bottom lip and used versa filler. It was never symmetrical and I had small lumps that were deep in my top lip in the corner. I was afraid to dissolve and didn’t want to pay more so I left it. Well I went to a new place and decided to finally dissolve as it migrated above my lip as well. We did 1 syringe of hylenex yesterday in just my top lip and could still see the lumps so she did another syringe of hylenex today in just my top lip. It’s been 9 hours and I can still see/feel the lump. Do I need to give it more time or is this going to need more dissolving or something more serious?

Indent in jawline after dissolving

I had also done masseter botox 8 months prior and got 0,3 ml filler in my jawline to "lift up" the skin. I dissolved it and its now been 4 months since I dissolved. Does this heal naturally? What can I do?

Bloating face after every meal and much other things (20M)

Hi, I have this bloating problem in my face that occours after every meal (especially when i eat bread , dont know why, this is a pic of my face after eating Bread) but also everytime i Lay down on my bed, everytime i brush my teeth, put creams on my face and is a LOT more noticeable when i wear heavy hoodies that tighten more around the neck. The bloating can increase very quickly during the day if i dont do something to counter it (like walking or making heat on my neck with the hairdryer while doing my hair, i dont know why that works sometimes) Also the face lymphatic massage doesnt work at all for me, it makes my face even more bloated. I have two slightly swollen Lymph Nodes on my neck and one behind my ear, I also have acne. But I went to a gnathologist, angiologist and a posturologist (as i have forward neck posture) , to see if they could help me spotting the problem, but No one could.

My facial ultrasound at 24 after 5 years of "dissolvable" fillers. Think twice.

I just got a facial ultrasound and the results are a massive wake-up call for anyone who thinks dissolving is a simple undo button.

Few months ago, I decided I wanted my old face back, so I dissolved the filler in my chin. I expected a reset. Instead, my face now feels off and my chin has a strange shape that isn't mine.

  1. Your tissue might NEVER be the same

My ultrasound report shows that the process of disolving (and the material) caused a marked tissue reaction and a physical thickening of the planes in my chin.

• It’s not just leftover gel making my chin look different; it’s a marked alteration of the hypodermic tissue.

• My internal anatomy has been structurally modified. The report calls it a modification of the underlying histomorphological structures.

• Essentially, the inflammation and the thickening are now part of my face’s new architecture. My tissue fough the filler and the dissolving process, and it changed the shape of my face in the process.

2. The Integration Trap: Why I can't dissolve the rest

I asked my doctor to just clean up the rest of the HA in my face. The ultrasound revealed why that is a dangerous idea. In several areas, the filler is "No Detected," which the report explains as a perfect integration of the implant in the tissue.

• The filler is no longer in "pockets" or "blobs." It is woven into my own fibers and cells. It is indistinguishable from my natural anatomy.

• Because it’s so integrated, using more hyaluronidase is a huge risk.

• If we try to dissolve "integrated" filler, we risk dissolving my own healthy tissue because the enzyme can't tell the difference anymore.

3. Temporary is a lie

The ultrasound found filler in my nasolabial folds that was injected over 5 years ago. It’s still there, visible, and detected.

2. The "Fat Creation" Trap

My doctor explained something interesting. For HA to give volume, it uses cross-linking agents, molecules that join the acid together so it stays stable and doesn't dissolve immediately. He told me that these molecules, and the way they interact with our tissue, can actually trigger the creation of more fat in the face. You aren't just adding temporary gel; you might be permanently increasing the fat volume in your face due to this reaction.

My advice? If you think you can just hit the reset button if you don't like your filler, think again. My hypodermis is now in an "altered state" with a modified structure. Once you start the cycle of filling and dissolving, you aren't just moving gel around—you are potentially changing your biological tissue structure forever

Has anyone else dealt with thickened tissue or permanent structural changes after dissolving? My doctor won't touch me with more enzymes now that he’s seen the marked reaction on the scan.

Is this normal?

I'm 28. I noticed I have very dry skin on my body and it wrinkles when I move the skin och close the arm. And visible veins on the legs and arms. I dont know if it was like this before dissolving because I pay closer attention now, reading all these systemic horror stories. I'm very pale so idk if thats why you can see my veins easier. Should I be worried?

Anyone try drops at a time spaced out??

Wondering if anyone has done literally DROPS, like maybe 3-5, at a time, once a month for however long it took to look better and didn’t end up with major aesthetic, health or systemic damage??

I really want to dissolve cheek filler from 2017 and 2018 that has migrated and made me look 10 years older and 30 lbs heavier but am TERRIFIED of dissolving. I also don’t know how much longer I want to put up with how I look deformed right now.

Side note: I also have MCAS and have heard filler itself can cause flares. My drs have said they’d prefer I don’t try to dissolve, but yes, it’s possible dissolving some of it will help my day to day health.

does juvéderm ever fully dissolve?

i’ve always been super insecure about my small upper lip but have been way too scared or young to bite the filler bullet. if you’ve gotten filler then had it dissolved what’s your experience? did it pose any problems for you medically? and if it turns out i love it - is this process good to keep doing indefinitely? posted this in r/beauty and it was taken down.
