MRI for fillers

Guys, what kind of MRI do I need to do - with or without contrast? I’ve had these fillers for about 1.5 years now, chin and upper lip - Korean filler, injected without any proper technique. It creates issues, I can fill it there, it swells and even affects my mimics, smile and pronunciation. I did a few dissolving sessions with ultrasound. The issue is - ultrasound only showed filler on bone, that was sort of staying in one place, and I suspected that some old integrated superficial filler is still present, maybe mimicking fat etc. I asked to inject enzyme throughout the layers and that’s when I felt a difference. But the injector hesitates to dissolve more since they rely heavily on ultrasound in their practice.
