fluid filled bumps for 2 months ?? HELP identifying

Need help identifying persistent clear fluid-filled bumps after lip filler
I’m hoping someone has experienced something similar because I’m at a loss.
I’ve spent around $6,000 CAD on my lips over the past several months, with multiple filler sessions. My most recent appointment was Wednesday, where I had another syringe of filler and a lip flip.
For over a month now, I’ve had multiple tiny, clear, fluid-filled bumps along my upper vermilion border. They are:
Clear and look like tiny water blisters.
Not painful.
Not itchy.
Don’t crust over.
They seem to come and go in size but never fully disappear.
At one point I accidentally popped one and clear watery fluid came out.
My injector isn’t sure what they are. One doctor thought it might be eczema/contact dermatitis, but the treatment didn’t really help. I’ve also wondered about lymphangiectasia, blocked glands, or some kind of delayed filler reaction.
My lips are currently still healing from my latest filler, so they’re red and swollen, but these little bumps have been present since before this most recent treatment.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?
Were they related to filler?
Were they lymphangiectasia?
Did they eventually go away?
Did you need hyaluronidase, laser treatment, or a dermatologist to get rid of them?
I’m getting really discouraged because I love the shape of my lips, but these bumps are making it impossible to enjoy the results. I really need these gone ASAP as I have an important event at the end of August hence why I’m trying to do everything I can to look by best.
Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

It’s NOT HSV. As I’ve been tested. Please help me diagnose so that I can find a way to get rid of them.

Weird lip issue, help!

Over the past month, I’ve had two lip filler appointments using Juvederm Ultra XC. Around that same time, I noticed multiple tiny bumps developing along my upper lip. Because I’ve been getting filler, I initially wondered if the two could be related, but I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence.
The bumps are located on both sides of my upper lip, mainly along the vermilion border. They’re very small and look like tiny clear fluid-filled vesicles. They are not itchy, painful, burning, or tender. They don’t crust or ulcerate, and they haven’t spread anywhere else.
Out of curiosity, I tried squeezing two of them. One that was right on my vermilion border released what looked like a tiny amount of clear fluid and has stayed completely flat since. The other one, which is the area with the small red mark in one of the photos, didn’t pop because it had already become red from me trying and I didn’t want to press any harder. That bump is still there.
They’ve now been present for a little over a month. I became worried they might be related to the filler (such as a delayed inflammatory reaction, lymphatic issue, or something similar), so I saw a physician. After examining them, he diagnosed them as eczema.
I do have a history of dyshidrotic eczema on my fingers, but I’ve never had eczema on my lips before. The bumps seem a little smaller than they were initially, but they’re definitely still there.
One thing that confuses me is that everything I read about eczema says it’s usually very itchy, whereas mine have never been itchy at all. They also don’t feel dry or cracked—just tiny bumps.
I’m actually scheduled to receive more Juvederm Ultra XC lip filler this Sunday, so I’m trying to figure out whether it’s reasonable to go ahead with the appointment or whether I should wait until these bumps have completely resolved.
My questions are:
Does this sound consistent with lip eczema or dyshidrotic eczema even without any itching?
Could lip filler (Juvederm Ultra XC) have triggered eczema in someone who is already prone to it?
Are there any other diagnoses that should be considered, such as contact dermatitis, Fordyce spots, a delayed filler reaction, or something else?
Is it normal for lip eczema to persist for over a month?
Would you recommend postponing my filler appointment this Sunday until the bumps have completely resolved?
I’ll attach several photos showing how they’ve looked over the past month. I’d really appreciate any opinions or suggestions. Thank you!

Coke/crack addicted spouse?

I have been with my husband for 10 years. For most of that time I have loved him fiercely and stood by him through things that most people would have walked away from.

Over the years there has been cocaine addiction, alcohol abuse, crack cocaine use, lying, manipulation, emotional abuse, financial stress, and countless broken promises. Every time I believed things would change, I stayed.

I defended him to family and friends.

I covered for him when he disappeared.

I picked up the pieces after binges.

I managed our home and our business when he couldn’t.

I worried constantly about whether he was safe, alive, using, drinking, or lying.

I spent years trying to help him get sober.

I suggested rehab, outpatient treatment, counselling, NA meetings, addiction specialists, medications, and recovery programs.

I begged, cried, reasoned, threatened to leave, and gave second chances.

Then third chances.

Then tenth chances.

He would promise change, stay sober for a period of time, and then eventually relapse.

Recently things became worse than they’ve ever been.

During a trip to Greece he went on multiple cocaine and alcohol binges. He admitted to using. There were incidents involving escorts. He disappeared for hours. There were blackouts. There were lies. There was behavior that completely shattered whatever trust I still had left.

After we returned home, I discovered the addiction had escalated even further. He admitted to smoking crack cocaine. I found evidence in our home. I watched him stay awake for days. I watched the paranoia, the accusations, the mood swings, and what appeared to be drug-induced psychosis.

He accused me of spying on him.

He accused me of hacking his phone.

He became verbally cruel and emotionally abusive.

He told me I was his biggest weakness.

He told me he didn’t love me.

He told me he didn’t want to be with me anymore.

He called me a leech.

He insulted my appearance and my weight.

He said he would find someone prettier.

At the same time, I was still trying to help him.

I was monitoring him because I was scared he would overdose.

I was trying to keep him safe.

I was trying to keep our business functioning.

I was trying to keep our lives from completely falling apart.

I realized something painful: I have spent years trying harder to save him than he has spent trying to save himself.

I cannot compete with cocaine.

I cannot love someone into recovery.

I cannot sacrifice my own mental health, safety, self-respect, and future to keep rescuing someone who refuses to do the work.

I still love him.

That’s what makes this so hard.

But love is no longer enough.

After 10 years of addiction, lies, chaos, emotional abuse, and broken trust, I am finally accepting that I cannot fix him.

There is so much I am leaving out literally a lifetime worth of things that have happened in these 10 years. But I have you the very brief the very short synopsis.

I’m done.

For those who left an addicted spouse after years of trying to help, how did you finally let go without feeling guilty?
