I quit smoking weed about a month ago and it’s been great, but it’s made me start vaping more than I used to. (Vuse 5%) I only vape for the throat hits, I don’t like flavored stuff. I’ve been having heart palpitations and I’ve tried quitting before but went and bought pods on day 2, I can’t hold myself accountable. I can go 3 hours without it and I’ll crave it here and there but I know I’ll get to use it after im done doing whatever so I don’t think I should throw it away just yet. Maybe just ween off of it and not hit it as much? What helped you stop vaping? i constantly need an oral fixation so i need a replacement
