cant see the global chat or talk to anyone even. basically cooked forever. (cant access the web, settings in roblox properly, cant even make a new account because it locks my ip…)
i just started playing roblox again after a few months , and i really wanna play some grindy games that have fun in it .
the games i like are basically anything to be honest, so please any games recs will be amazing.
Now yes, this is a rant, but hear me out. Starting since December, they fucked us over on face scans, ok, bad but recoverable. Than, in the last few months, it’s gotten just worse and worse and worse. If you’re a small developer, fuck you because not to mention, you gotta get a bunch of 16+ people to play your game for 2 months just to become all ages again cuz the “little timmy 15 year olds 🥺” gotta be protected, and oh, you gotta scan your face for that too. To publish a game? ID. WHEN WILL THEY FUCKING STOP? Oh they only care about regulators and investors, mb I must’ve known. What kind of fucking Lex Luthor, cyberpunk 2077, shit is Roblox doing? Once we all leave, they’ll remove everything and beg for us back. Classic corporate damage control. Does anyone agree? Not to mention, 15 year olds are literally fucking identical mentally to a 16 year old.
Textures and chat don't work, but otherwise the client is functional and working, I might continue to work on this but please don't contact me for help.

this is a passion project i've been developing since june 2025 (first ideas around march). it's amazing to build the maps, model the creatures and animate them, make their textures, ah, it's just amazing hahah
i really love doing it, and it’s always been my dream to make a turn-based rpg, but something more robloxy.
i do the maps, the creatures, the animations, the npcs, the lore and the scripts.
there are 3 musicians making amazing pieces for the game, and one digital artist doing incredible work for it.
there is no release date because it's a very time consuming project and i'm a very slow person haha

I wanted to open a discussion about something that’s been bothering me for a while, and honestly, I’m surprised nobody is doing a proper deep dive into this.
I’m talking about the absolute plague of "coolkid" rip offs and wannabes that you see in pretty much every single F3x building tools or Free Admin game nowadays.
You know exactly who I’m talking about. You join a server, and there’s always at least one person doing the exact same, tired routine: breaking their hitbox, overwriting every texture with eye bleeding decals blasting earrape sounds, and formatting their name as join(TheirName)
The annoying part isn't just that they lack any shred of originality and are stuck in a 2016 trolling loop; it's that they completely ruin the game for everyone else. It sucks when you just want to use F3X tools to build peacefully or have fun with casual admin commands, only for one of these clones to show up and break the server in two seconds using the exact same generic methods.
What do you guys think? Have you been dealing with these clones lately in F3X games? Do you think it’s time someone actually makes a documentary or exposes how this repetitive loop keeps ruining servers?

I miss these type of games why people are not making them anymore plus we need Happy Oofday games back (for lore)
not even talking about bad concepts, because simple ideas can still be fun
i mean the stuff that makes you leave before even giving the game a chance
for me its usually when the game doesnt explain what to do, the ui feels confusing, or something important just doesnt respond when you click it
i feel like a lot of games probably lose players from small stuff like that before the actual gameplay even gets judged
curious what does it for you guys
looking for a platform that has got most of the stuff roblox has and a good studio while also being active and well-moderated. but polytoria is dead asf help
