Should I return newly purchased Lenovo Legion 5 and Buy PC instead?

My younger brother just purchased his first laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 15AHP10 15.3") from micro center for $999. I did some research and it was the best price to performance. Now for the same price there is PC available that i somehow missed and it got me thinking if we should return that laptop. Sure enough for PC you need a monitor ($150-200 extra if not something crazy) but RTX 5060 compare to laptop RTX 5060 is different things.

Here is 4 PC in $999-$1099 range:

Lenovo LOQ Tower 26ADR10 Gaming PCAMD Ryzen 7 8745HX 3.6GHz Processor; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7; 16GB DDR5-5600 RAM; 1TB Solid State Drive ($999) (RAM 2x8gb) this is pretty good for $999.

HP OMEN 16L TG03-00XXXX Gaming PC (Refurbished)Intel Core Ultra 7 265F 2.4GHz Processor; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7; 32GB DDR5 RAM; 1TB Solid State Drive ($1099 2x16gb) is refurbished worth it?

PowerSpec G738 Gaming PCAMD Ryzen 7 5800XT 3.8GHz Processor; AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB GDDR6; 32GB DDR4-3200 RAM; 1TB Solid State Drive ($1099) (RAM either one 32 or 2x16gb i don't know) this one is probably the best.

Acer Nitro 60 N60-640-UR21 Desktop ComputerIntel Core i5 14th Gen 14400F 1.8GHz Processor; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7; 16GB DDR5 RAM; 1TB Solid State Drive ($1099) (RAM 1x16gb) one channel RAM is not good.

I'm thinking of either Lenovo LOQ Tower or PowerSpec G738?

He doesn't really need portability and if i did my research better i would probably look into one of this instead of laptop, what do you think?
