Have all the sbcs completed apart from all the ones needing stoke city players. Such a pain getting them through trades any tips?

Just had my first head knock after skating for 3 years now. Don’t know if I should post the video here but I got unlucky and kicked out on a fs shuv down a 5 and landed with 1 foot back on the board which threw me straight onto my back and didn’t have enough time to put my hands behind my head. Feel like I’ve lost a lot of confidence and any tips on coming back from head injuries into skating and how to fall better when you fall behind yourself onto your back?
