Hi all, I am looking for some feedback here.

In May of this year, I had surgery to repair an inguinal hernia, it was laparoscopical and I had a mesh placed. A few days after the surgery I noticed a seroma formed, doctor confirmed that and said it would resolve on its own.

I walk daily and that doesn’t seem to have much of an impact. I can’t push it back into my body either like I could with the hernia.

It’s now October and it hasn’t changed at all. I recently took a CT scan in September and at its largest point it’s 6 cm in diameter. It’s honestly bigger than the hernia I had at this point… I’m not really gonna hoe about draining it because that can lead to a risk of infection and the fluid can come back is what my doctor has advised me.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m really disheartened here thinking I’ll be like this forever…

Hi friends, I’ve done about 3/4 VV cruises. I’m new to cruising but absolutely love it! Virgin is my favorite because of the no children policy and the restaurants being included.

On all my cruises, I’ve been able to travel with another person which definitely makes the room cheaper, I’m finding that if you want to cruise solo, they make up the cost of the other passenger by raising the price for you.

What do people think about traveling solo? Is it worth? Example; $2400 for two sailors or $1900 for one really hurts my pockets.

Wanting to pick the communities’s brain and see if a lot of people do still end up sailing solo or if they somehow find people to room with?

Hi friends! I don’t use Reddit often but wanted to pick your brains. I currently have been living in my rent stabilized unit for 11 years. Two years ago, my building management company changed and it seems like the new management has no idea what’s going on. They were under charging me for my rent for the last two years; my lease said 1800+ and their billing portal had me at my previous rent of $1700+.

This happened with the old management company, they were very old-school and had everything on pen and paper so sometimes they would forget to raise my rent and the old management was very cool and he said it was fine and he wouldn’t hold it against me.

New management is still sort of a mess and they didn’t have a copy of my lease on file, which I have provided them. They are now trying to charge me back rent for their clerical error.

Another sort of sidebar to know is that since this is a rent stabilized apartment and my lease is up at the end of August. I should’ve already gotten my renewal paperwork.

So I guess overall, what should I make of them attempting to charge me on back rent? Also, what should I make of not getting my lease renewal within the allocated timeframe that they were supposed to send it?
