Hello Everyone! My Partner and I (both 24) currently work part time jobs. We are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and we have found two in our area. One is $1575 + hydro, comes with a full bathroom and is upstairs. The other is $1700 all included with a small basement and laundry included, it is on the main floor. The $1575 has said they would like to go ahead and rent to us as they have called all but one reference and they are waiting on their answer. The other $1700 one wants to meet us in two days but has not called our references yet. We don't want to miss out on an apartment that is almost guaranteed to us but would prefer to live in the opposite but don't want to risk it. What would you do? Any advice is appreciated.
