Male 33 BP is really starting to concern me.
Bit of a back ground on my situation. Iv used anabolic steroids since 2017 and now my body is unable to produce testosterone. I currently suppliment it at a TRT dose. I have always been a big drinker for the last 10 years im over the recommended units most weeks. I wouldnt class my lifestyle as healthy but i have always trained in the gym all my teen years up until now. Im 105Kg at 25-28% body fat. I have also had two sugar free monsters every morning for the last 5 years mainly due to me having ADHD and it calms me down for my job.
I have knocked my drinking down to one bottle of wine on sat/sun nights only and no during the week drinking. I currently train 6 days a week and have upped my cardio trying to get my self down to a healthy body fat level and try to manage some of the BP.
I have quit drinking energy drinks, lowered my salt intake and im currently getting treated with 10MG of ramiprill and 10mg of Lercandipine but its having zero effect on my BP. Im always at around 170/100 at any given time.
Im just wanting some lifestyle advise and suggestions that have helped you all, im willing to quit alcohol fully if that could be a factor of the problem. I think i also suffer with sleep apnea as i sometimes choke in my sleep but not very often however i am a very very loud snorer.
Any input i appreciate
