Question to Current BSW Students

Is anyone here currently in a BSW program? I’m considering majoring in social work, and I’m curious about what the coursework is actually like.
What are your exams usually like? Are they mostly multiple choice, essays, or a mix of both?
What are the homework assignments like? Do you have a lot of discussion board posts, papers, presentations, or other types of assignments?
Is there a lot of group work or group projects during your classes?

Also, how much reading do you usually have? For example, how many textbook chapters are you expected to read for assignments or study for an exam?

I’d appreciate hearing about your experience, especially what a typical week in a BSW program looks like.

Has anybody heard anything back from Nova Surgical Tech program

This semester I only need SUR 100 and HLT 141 classes and then I’m be eligible to apply to for their program. But I emailed a medical campus advisor and basically they told me they are opening up to 10 seats for the entire program, can anybody confirm if it’s true. 10 seats is crazy to me because there’s two sections for SUR 100 course right now and 27 seats each so what happens to the people who don’t get in? Do we get waitlisted. What’s are they looking for in applicants, medical experience, etc.
