Hello, there's an Akorn Jr in my area for $20. It dirty hasn't been used in a few years and the grates are dirty . It it worth buying and fixing up? I'm more of a weber guy but been looking at the Akorns for a while. Thanks!

I've noticed recently that when I am at the LFS the albino corydoras seem to be all white with very little red or pink and then after a while of bringing them home they turn a little pinkish. I checked my water parameters and they're good across the board no problems. I've also never lost a corydora so I dont think their health is deteriorating. Any causes or reasons why this happens? They're also in a heavily planted tank with sand substrate.
