Did not get reserved seats - paid them previously - a 278 EUR fraud
Paid booking.com 278 Euros for a seat reservation for a flight. Somehow, the communication between booking.com and the airline did not happen. The seats were not available for me at check-in.
I tried to claim the reservation fees. They told me, I should claim at the airline's end, then they closed my request. Are you serious?! I paid booking.com for the reservation, not the airline - what should I claim there?!
THAT'S A FRAUD! I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK SOMETHING AT BOOKING.COM.
