Is it worth 2 duplicate tickets within 2 hours while nobody is waiting for my spot and a lot of empty spots over there ?
When I was reversing to this space, I really didn't see the small texts here. I got the first ticket. When I saw the ticket in the morning at around 9:50, I had to rush to a meeting and decided to move it during lunch break. When I come back, another 100 bucks appear again.
I tried to appeal to it but is this really reasonable to get 200 fine within around 1.5 hours ? Are the small texts good reason for such heavy fine ?
I can't understand it.
