I'm 42 and in perimenopause, my GP might be able to prescribe HRT although awaiting some blood tests first. I have a 2 year old who nurses about 5-6 times in 24hrs
Anyone have any experience of HRT while feeding?
I know it's par for the course, my toddler started nursery in September but I'm on my knees. I'm totally exhausted. She's had as many as me but tends to recover well because youth and my breast milk 😂
What can I do to help myself recover better, be less exhausted by it. Even catch them less?
I'm over 40 too and I am sure it isn't helping, when my oldest was a toddler I was in my mid thirties!
