I scored 86.2% in 12th last year(partial dropper) which colleges should I apply for bcom? Also I don't think I should fill the form for n.m

Im a partial dropper and while filling the form I realized that I have my 12th original marksheet submitted in the college nd haven't collected it. And my college is 2 hrs away. Tf do I do and watdafcka do I upload

I’m eligible for the SGC quota, but I don’t currently have the official/notarized certificate ready. Nd the portal won't allow me to lock the pf without uploading the certificate
