Half way there
The highest I ever seen on the scale was 403, I fluctuated between that and 396 for a couple years. I'm 5'7 female and I'm officially the smallest I've been in ten years. I feel great but I still am so much larger than a normal sized person. I'm about halfway to an ideal body weight, I'm proud of where I'm at but I am so ready to no longer be the biggest person in the room.
