What do you use to play out Tsumego variations against AI?

New to the game and I frequently encounter problems where, even with the solution, I don’t “see it” or understand why a particular group is dead/alive, or Seki, etc.

What can a beginner like me use to dig deeper into specific problems I don’t understand? Is there an app or software that will let me set up an arbitrary board position (Tsumego problem) and play it out, AI responding with the best local moves?

Thanks!

What do you look forward to when recovering from a slip?

This is all about the “grey world” phase that hits after the pink cloud fades away. Impe it goes faster when I have specific things to focus on and look forward to, but I could use some help.

I can think of a few:

Enjoying food while maintaining healthy decisions. I was eating crap all the time and now bc my appetite is so dull.

Exercise too - I remember how much better I felt at baseline.

More contact with friends and loved ones, meeting new ppl. I isolate.

Learning. I’ve been trying to learn a second language and was interested in Go/Baduk before I slipped.

Journaling. When I’m sober I keep a diary and I completely stop when I slip. I can look at the dates and it shows the gaps in my life.

What are yours? What do you really enjoy about your sober life that might help motivate others who are stuck in “the grey” right now?
