I am not going to give my whole life story and say why i believe i need support professionally for ocd but rather am hoping for advice on how to bring up the symptoms i am experiencing to my psychiatrist. I want them to take me seriously without me sounding like I think I know everything if that makes sense. If this does not fit the sub I'm sorry! If anyone can offer advice that would be appreciated.
