Is there many 12th house moons that deal with EHS (Exploding Head Syndrome) or any other sleep problems?

When two 12th house placements conjunct does that conjunction play a role in what dream/nightmares you have?

Because I have my 12th house moon conjunct my 12th house Lilith and the nightmares I’ve been dealing with are crazy and by that I mean psychologically stress and horror, all in my house with my family and they feel almost real that sometimes I get sore after I wake up
