My dermatologist recommended me to start using beta lockers. my face flushes so much when I get anxious and I have so much anxiety when I go outside and also because I'm a college student .so I wanted to know if anyone tried beta blockers what is like the best kind for me to use when it comes to like anxiety flushing? and also is there any side effects that you notice?I heard it causes brain fog.
