I have been addicted to porn since before the age of 10. I went through csa + sa multiple times throughout my life, so hypersexuality kind of took over as a coping mechanism.

I would keep looking up more and more taboo/ shocking things just to orgasm, i wouldnt Stop touching myself till I finished, I would go until it hurts.

I have found myself delving back into this habit recently, and I’m struggling to break it. The porn I look up fills me with shame, and makes me feel like a horrible person.

Has anyone else been in a similar boat? I really don’t want hypersexuality to rule the rest of my life.
