Since January, my son has been constantly ill in some form or another, at least twice a month with colds, coughs and temperatures. I’ve been keeping track and so far we are on our 7th illness and we are only in May. He’s never been an ill child so I’m unsure of where it has come from. He did start reception in September but was previously at nursery for 3 years.

Is there anything I can do to build him up? I’m quite concerned but unsure if I’m just being silly.

I’ve been prescribed tretinoin by my doctor to take alongside an antibiotic cream I believe. My acne came back a year after my accutane cycle (although unsure as to whether it’s due to my hormones of coming off contraception and having a miscarriage).

How is best to apply it? And should I use a face cream as well? I do have sensitive skin and most creams make me break out.
