I've just got my first shipment of reta 10mg, wondering what starting dose I should do if I've got 3 weeks left of 10mg tirzepatide in the fridge? Should I do both or finish tirz then jump on reta? Been on 10mg tirzepatide for about 4 months now, got way too expensive to continue before I found reta.
