To: people who sometimes feel overwhelmed by emotions and thoughts

I’m thinking about a simple app idea for people who sometimes feel overwhelmed by their thoughts or emotions.
It would let you quickly log how you’re feeling in the moment, and later show patterns over time (like to a therapist or someone you trust). Do you think something like that would actually be helpful or would you never really use something like this?
