A service technician came out and told us that there is a 5 year 1 gig plan including a free modem router for 50 dollars a month. I called in and they had no idea what I was talking about. Is this true or did he lie? If so I want to speak with a customer service representative or someone from customer relations. I feel the price should be honored. My wife and I were both present. He said it’s 50 dollars about a dozen times. So it definitely wasn’t a mistake. He also didn’t even check any of our equipment, he just told us to upgrade to the 1 gig plan for 50 dollars.
