hello everyone. i recently purchased a litter robot 4, and it has completely freaked out my cat, pikachu. its so bad that he’s even refusing to pee/poop in the regular litter box. he’s so stressed/anxious that he won’t come out of my girlfriends room. he flinches at everything now, walks around like he’s scared. it’s completely messed him up. i ended up putting the little robot in the closet about 10 minutes ago, im hoping that helps. we talked to a vet, and they put him on gabapentin and a prescription urinary diet. if his anxiety doesn’t get better once the medication gets shipped and delivered, he will have to go on prozac apparently. has anyone else’s cat had this intense of a bad reaction? will i be able to return the litter robot? i am completely freaking out because he hasn’t pooped in 2 days or peed. he does not have a blockage he’s just so scared. :(
