Hi everyone — does anyone have recommendations for a Guam realtor or property manager who is especially helpful with rentals?

I’m trying to find an initial pet-friendly rental so I can get settled on island before purchasing a home soon thereafter. My situation is a little more pet-heavy than average, so I know that will narrow the options. I’m hoping to find someone proactive who has local connections and can help identify realistic rental possibilities, not just wait for me to send listings.

Ideally, I’d love to work with the same person again when I’m ready to buy, so I’d really appreciate recommendations for agents who are responsive, resourceful, and good with less-standard rental needs.
