Sudden Chest pain?
Hello community!! So i had a question,I know i should consult in a OP when i get the chance,but those chances are slime to none without harrassing my family or they're genuinely concerned. So i thought id just come along on here.
I ftm (trans masc,24) just today had started to experience some chest pains near my left breast almost near the top (maybe near the middle ish ?) and when i turn or stretch it radiates to the center of my chest. Not for very long. I cant feel the pain when i breathe KINDA. It doesn't disturb me too muc,it is more annoying when i move or touch it. I was doing a lot of back and breathing stretches so i wonder if its just inflamed? As i dont get to exersise much...
edit: As of current the pain is still pretty bas when i turn or sit up in bed. My mother who was informed doesnt read emergency messages ,but was informed.
But i worry for a heart condition,or something else. Certainly with chronic anxiety im just making a lot of my physical pain worse,but has anyone experienced this? Or has any tips? I have a intreview so i wont free time for much rest if i do get this job.
Edit: I wanted to add this that if i breath in VERY deeply my throat does feel a tiny bit tighte and i can feel the pain in my chest still. (family still wont take me to a doctor. Can't drive myself by the way,i am disabled)
