How do you know if the 3D filter is still on?
Today I watched OBSESSED on a non premium screen. While the trailers were playing I noticed the picture was dim, and on the projector window I could see two rectangular images overlapping each other. Immediately I left and asked an adult staff member in concessions to inform the projectionist of the issue. He asked a younger staff member if he had a walkie. Instead of contacting the projectionist, the younger fellow followed me into the theater to check the screen. He said it was alright. I said but doesn't the picture look dark? His response was that the picture would brighten once the movie started.....
I gave him the benefit of the doubt and took my seat. Once the movie started I didn't notice a change in illumination. So I stepped out, approached the younger staff member, and suggested that he find someone to remove the 3d filter. Once again, he follows me into the theater to check the screen. No change.
