Hi all! One of my good friends is pregnant and it’s her first!! Unfortunately, she’s been struggling with really bad morning sickness. I’d love to bring her a little care package of self care items to let her know I’m thinking of her and am here to support her. Has anyone experienced something similar and have some ideas of what I can spoil her with?

Edit: I should mention I am not currently living in the US, but do have access to Amazon and US shipping (we live on a military base abroad)
